Toy Fair 2019 – Lego Star Wars Reveals

Some great reveals have come out from the Lego booth at this years Toy Fair in New York today.

Firstly, thanks to The Brothers Brick, we have got a better look at the 20th Anniversary sets, including the packaging which is reminiscent of the black and silver Kenner packaging from the 70’s and 80’s. Needless to say I am very excited for this wave and will be aiming to get the whole lot.

You can check out their coverage HERE.

The Toy Fair has also given us our first look at the rest of the sets hitting the shelves later this year. We finally get our first look at the two ‘Star Wars: Resistance’ sets and a proper look at the ‘Duel on Starkiller Base’ set, all three of which I am looking forward to getting my hands on.

However we also get a look at the three ‘Action Battle’ sets which look… well, meh, but they aren’t aimed at me, these are definitely aimed at kids who want to blow stuff up but in Lego form.

These can all be viewed at The Brothers Brick HERE.

I can safely say that the next wave of sets is going to set me back a pretty penny and I’m sure I’ll be enlisting family members to get them for my birthday in May or just a tonne of Amazon vouchers. I get the feeling that I’ll be buying the whole 20th Anniversary wave to complete that Yellow Mini-Fig set.

And I’m already mentally moving sets around in the ‘Office’ to make space for the new ones.
